Steph is passionate about supporting children and adolescents to overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Her experience across school, kindergarten, and in-clinic settings has enriched her understanding of communication disorders and reinforced her commitment to personalised, evidence-based therapy. 

Steph’s interests include diagnosing and treating articulation, phonological and orofacial-myofunctional disorders, language delays/disorders, fluency disorders, and literacy difficulties. She has also received additional training in a number of formal therapy approaches, including Hanen – More Than Words, The Lidcombe Program, Orofacial Myology, and Sounds-Write. 

As both a team leader and an active member of the clinical supervision team, Steph is dedicated to fostering professional growth, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high-quality clinical practice across the service. 

Steph aims to ensure both her clients and their families have a positive experience in the clinic and is able to tailor her sessions to achieve this. 

Steph is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) and Member of Speech Pathology Australia (MSPA).
